It was very simple and easy to enroll my dog! Its also much more affordable then other companies, insurance for my Rottweiler has been a ongoing struggle for me the past year. I didnt have my account registered and the CSR handled everything for me in the matter of seconds. I then go into the portal and it was so easy to upload my claim. Within a few days I got an email saying my payment was on the way. So Fast and efficient.

You are taking such a long time honoring the March 9, 2023 claim submission. What is going on what is the problem? You have been very slow with my last 2 claims I am thinking about cancelling coverage with you. What is wrong? I thought you honor for tooth extractions!
