The best decision we ever made was to get a pet insurance policy with Pets Best. We took the top tier policy for our puppy which turned out to the best investment. Unfortunately, at 2 years old, she was diagnosed with Addison's Disease and will need ongoing medical care for the rest of her life. Pets Best gives us piece of mind that her care will be covered up to 80%. Most of the time, the reimbursement is within the 15 days window as they state. The explanations of the benefits they email are easy to understand. They policy has saved us thousands of dollars and gives us piece of mind. I do wish that replies to emails were more immediate when inquiring about a claim status, so we are not forced to have to call. Hopefully they will work on that.

It was easy to sign up. They had the best rates for the coverage I needed. I asked a few questions, and they answered fairly quickly. I have not had to make a claim because I’m a new customer but hopefully that will go well too,

Great Purchase Experience
I did detailed research on the many available options. ManyPets offered the coverage ($250 Ded., 90% Co-Ins., and Unlimited Max.). I was looking for a competitive price. Also, the ManyPet phone-based customer service representative was by far the most professional and was able to give immediate and direct answers to my many questions, which gave me the confidence that ManyPets was the company I want to deal with going forward.
