Very happy
Hi Furkin, Today I called for my pet Tillie as I heard about you guys from my uncle who recently enrolled with you guys. I was looking for a quote and possibly enrolling with Furkin. I am very happy to say that I got all the information I needed. The representative I spoke to, Devin, was extremely helpful and professional. She answered all my questions and was very thorough in all the information she was giving me. She did not use any language that would be up for interpretation (was very clear) and was very patient with me and happy to repeat when I didn't quite catch something. Extremely pleased with the service and the quote I got. Looking forward to moving forward with you guys. Have a wonderful day.

It’s a game changer
I know you think you hate to spend that money to insure a pet, but when you need the insurance it really allows you to get your pet the best of care. When our dog needed around the clock care, we didn’t hesitate to be sure she was taken care of. If you EVER need it, it will pay for itself many times over especially if you have a pet breed that has a tendency to have several diseases. I recommend it to everyone I talk to.

On hold for 30 min
On hold for 30 min , left a call back number 3 times couldn’t get a hold of them . Had to contact GEICO to get a hold of a real individual . Ended up canceling with them .

Policy Exclusions
I called to discuss the letter I received that cited there were exclusions to my dogs policy due to a pre-existing condition. I had no idea when I signed up for the policy that Jace had any prior issues. Nationwide's Angela explained to me that the exclusions could be reviewed in six months if Jace didn't have any recurring issues with the items mentioned in the exclusions. All good information from Angela and she even sent me the form for follow-up for a review in six months.
