My poor cat has suffered from a terrible illness. Having this insurance has been a great peace of mind for me to not have to worry about paying huge bills for his care. No Instruction on How to Use the Pet Plan
The process and layout about the plans is very informative. Knowledge about how to use the plan and full break down of how the pet insurance process works at vet offices was listed nowhere so I ended up having to call which defeated the purpose of me doing it online. Because I'm quite busy. Plan options, prices and everything else was very easy to review though!
