Outstanding Service - No Surprises
This was my first time having pet insurance and I was a little unsure if it was really worth it and how it would work if I did have to submit a claim. Unfortunately, I did have to make a claim and Pets Best was the BEST! It was easy to submit the claim, it worked exactly as it said it would work, and there were no surprises. Trupanion made me smile
After filing my claim yesterday, I received a response today. Trupanion covered what they said they would cover, quickly and efficiently. But while this quick response made me smile it’s not what brought tears to my eyes. It was the comment,”Give Milo some extra love for us.” Those caring words written by a stranger assured me that out of all the pet insurance companies I picked the right one.

My 5 star rating is based on the Sign-Up process and the marketing information that I was able to research on the company, compared to other companies. I have not had the experience of having a claim yet, so I can't comment on the plan performance. However, I am very impressed with the information shared and the easy sign up process. Hopefully, I will never have to file a claim
