Website is always easy to navigate and it has been stress-free to upload a claim. We Appreciate that Embrace has a Wellness category. It prevents little things from turning into big things. Seems that most other insurance companies don’t understand that.

Nationwide denies claims right & left
Nationwide denies claims right & left. They tell you that you have comprehensive coverage but they deny claims but stating they're not covered. i can't seem to find what they do cover. They just amended their policies to give you even less coverage. My dog had a double ear infection which they denied with nothing other than "we don't cover that". Find a different insurance company if you have any hope of getting some reimbursement for your pet's illness.
