Two Days after signing up
Our puppy pounced on a pair of garden shears and needed stitches on his mouth/muzzle. Claim process was easy, payment made promptly, and the whole event (well except for trying to keep a cone on a 10 week old puppy) was as smooth as we could have asked. We won’t be taking advantage of the vanishing deductible, but so glad this rambunctious pup had insurance.

I don't have words to thank Fetch Insurance enough. They have been absolutely amazing helping me through the process while my 9 year old Siamese Mila was diagnosed with an aggressive cancer. I had the policy for years but it was the first time using it. They were wonderful guiding me, supporting me, and helping me while going through the worse days from October 2023 to January 1, 2024, the day Mila passed. Thank You THANK YOU THANK YOU. Tattianna Smith has been great today providing me with support while I'm still suffering so much the lost of my companion. Thank you. You guys are all great.

TYPICAL POOR Insurance CO!
I have had HP for several years. All of our claims have been quite small - so they are quick. & days ago submitted 3 claims. $208, $5400, $268. So they applied the $208 to deductible. The $268 was missing a digit on the receipt. THey refused to process the $5400 claim until they had the CORRECT receipt number! They were not even related! Vet was out sick and I could't get a reprint for 2 weeks. So I asked for HP to close that claim and process the $5400 - nope refused to! TYPICAL INSURANCE COMPANY! Hang on to the funds as long as possible! But get your funds for premiums immediately! FIND ANOTHER COMPANY! NO LONGER A good insrance co!
