Just raise my premium AGAIN $50
TRUPANION just raised my premium by $50… TRUPANION just raised my premium by $50 month and they advertise that they don't raise their premiums as often as other carriers. I started at $70 month and in only 4yrs they raised it to $210 a month (and they claim thats a discount!!) on a healthy dog who has NEVER used the policy. They claim the vets have raised their prices "in my area" my vet hasn't raised his prices in 8 years!! Do yourself a favor, dump TRUPANION and open a doggy savings account and gain interest on the money, because if your dog is normal healthy dog your throwing your money away in premiums that go to other sick dogs.

This company has saved our lives with our pets. We wouldn’t be able to give the best care possible without Fetch. We have been with fetch for approx. 6-7 years. We have gone through Bladder stones, diabetes, cancers and we were able to make the right decisions for our pets due to having the confidence we would be able to afford the care. We are currently still using Fetch with our English Springer Spaniel, Koa and will continue to use them!

I received a notice that premiums may be increased 15%. that is extreme. I have three dogs and pay thousands each year between premiums and vet bills. I dont think I would continue with this company if premiums are increased that much

Fast, easy submission and reimbursement. It took 2 documents (payment receipt and vets notes), 5 minutes to fill out form. Less than a couple of weeks later, the money was direct deposited into my bank account. I received regular updates through the process.

Quick and easy claim reimbursement
Our cat chipped her canine tooth and needed surgery. The bill was over $2500 but Trupanion reimbursed us in 6 days. It was very easy to claim online and submit the invoices from the Emergency hospital.

Worse Than Worthless
Worthless. No, worse than worthless. Actively malicious. My beloved ESA (a cat) had mammary cancer prior to my purchase of my Embrace policy. After I purchased the policy, my cat developed salivary gland cancer that is terminal (it has metastasized to the lungs). Despite all evidence to the contrary, including a letter from my cat's oncologist, Embrace judged that my cat's salivary gland cancer was of mammary origin and therefore a preexisting condition, refusing to cover the literal thousands I have to spend per month on my cat's care. The mental gymnastics required to call an obviously novel condition preexisting are nothing short of unbelievable, and obviously motivated by greed. Embrace doesn't care about animals, only about money, and they are willing to ignore the truth to save money. I will be pursuing legal action. They are making an already nightmarish situation--having a terminally ill pet--exponentially worse. If I could give zero stars, I would. DO NOT USE EMBRACE, or be prepared to get your state's department of insurance to intercede on your behalf when they deny your claims for dubious (read: BS) reasons.
