First claim
The claim was approved with the standard deductions. That’s why we have the policy. The only issue I have is the time for review and approval. It was a bit slow in my mind compared to previous pet insurance we have had from other companies.

Please.... look elsewhere!!
I don't think I have enough space to write all of the issues that I came across when dealing with Pets Best! The name implies that they're going to take exemplary care of your animals and their families. When, in reality, they take exemplary care of their own checkbooks! They will do everything in their power to deny your claim. Even when you follow the instructions given to you by a Pets Best representative, they still deny your claims. I could've even handled the funds going towards my deductible, but they flat out denied everything ~ after I was told exactly how to take my cat to the vet and apply for insurance by their representative. Steer clear of this company!!

I’m so glad…
I’ve carried insurance on my Shih Tzus for approximately 8 years. I’ve never used it, but always felt secure it was there if needed. As they got older and the premium slowly increased, I’ll admit, I wondered if it was economical. Then it happened. One of my Shih Tzus developed cancer and needed chemotherapy. It has been so easy filing claims, and they’ve been so helpful answering questions. I can’t recommend MetLife high enough.

Trupanion is incredible!
We got Trupanion when we rescued our boy Wilson in September 2021. We didnt really think we would need it but thought it better to be safe than sorry. That was the best decision we could have made. Trupanion has been incredible over the last 18 months - the peace of mind that they offer is worth every single penny and more!! Thank you for being so easy to work with. We'll never have another dog without Trupanion!

We are so grateful that we have Healthy…
We are so grateful that we have Healthy Paws pet insurance to cover our two kittens who had surgery within the same year! We would not have been able to afford their surgeries which both cost about $7,000 each! HP covered 80% of the bill. One kitten broken their ankle growth plate at 6 months old and another kitten just had surgery for blockage in their intestines when they swallowed a piece of fabric. The plan is very affordable when opened as a kitten. We chose Healthy Paws over another provider because they also cover bloodwork which some providers don’t. We appreciate the friendly staff and quick response to our claims. We were refunded very quickly! We are very happy with Healthy Paws!
