My State Farm agent recommended Trupanion. She put together a quote for me and from that one email I enrolled our 4 kittens. The website is easy to navigate and the options are plentiful. I'm relieved to know that my 4 little ones are covered should anything happen. These are cats...something will happen!

Trupanion is absolutely the BEST pet insurance ! My dog is diabetic and they cover 90% of his meds and special treatments and veterinary services . Sometimes, most times , they text me what they’ve covered and how much , before I even leave the parking lot ! I appreciate their promptness and courtesy !!! Great pet insurance !
This is the worst insurance company…
This is the worst insurance company ever. They consider an ear infection a preexisting condition. How is an infection preexisting? The people who work for them essentially just read a script. The phone system disconnects callers about 1/3 of the time and the other times the employee just hangs up if they don't know how to answer a question. I am cancelling this plan and going back to the insurance I had before. I have about 80 e -mails from this outfit all saying the same thing. "They want more info". Even when all records were sent 3 times but they continuously lost them. Oh, and then suddenly were able to find them in the fax que. Do not use this company. Go to almost any other provider.

Trupanion is a must have!
Trupanion is well worth it! I absolutely highly recommend Trupanion. It is simple to sign up for, coverage is explained in easy to understand terms, and they truly are there for you 24/7. My cat Rick O'Shea needed emergency medical treatment recently and Trupanion made everything simple at an extremely stressful time. I didn't have my policy number with me, but all hat the vet clinic needed was the email address the policy was registered under to submit a claim. Pre-approval was quick and the vet clinic was paid directly for services. No fuss, no muss. Thank you Trupanion for being there for Rick O'Shea and our family in his time of need. If you don't already have Trupanion I recommend you get it.
