So glad I got Pets Best insurance! You never know what can happen with your pet and it’s gives me peace of mind to know that I have this. Takes about 3 to 4 weeks to get your money back which isn’t horrible.. I’m overall very happy with the service and the company

Embrace Pet Insurance is the BEST!
Without Embrace Pet insurance, I would not have been able to afford my dog's necessary medical treatments. I don't even want to think about what would have happened to him if we didn't have Embrace. Their claims service has been wonderful. I'm so glad that I purchased a policy for all 3 of my dogs.

Gastrotomy
My puppy wasn’t feeling well and after a couple of visits to the vet office and having multiple x-rays taken, her vet came to the conclusion that she had a foreign object stuck in her tummy so she needed surgery to have it removed. The whole ordeal cost me around $ 2,500. I filled the claims which was a very simple process and it took around 1 week to get my refunds directly deposited into my bank account. Choosing Spot insurance for my dog was one of the best decisions ever. I am a very happy costumer and my puppy Lily too!

Peace of mind
We’ve had nothing but wonderful experiences with Embrace. Our 3 year old otherwise healthy cat recently came down with a mystery illness. The costs of trying to diagnose her and treat her quickly rose, and included a very expensive hospital stay. Embrace gave us so much peace of mind throughout this terrible ordeal as they continued to promptly, without question, approve our claims. Our cat is now doing much better. We certainly hope to never have to use our pet insurance again, but it’s so nice to know that if we have to, our finances won’t be a stressor in an otherwise very stressful situation.

Trupanion is deceitful. …
Trupanion will grab at straws in order not to pay out. We canceled after finding a bogus claim of “blood work - abnormal kidney changes” when our dog had no record of this with the vet. Also, “light tooth plaque” disqualifies him from any dental care. These are just two of the arguments. We found them to be deceitful and undeserving of our money.

Employee Eli was very unprofessional
Employee Eli was very unprofessional. Once I indicated I was not interested in going forward with purchasing insurance for my pet because of a pre-existing condition, he hung up the phone on me. I have more pets I was considering for coverage because they have NO preexisting conditions. I wouldn't go with Embrace because of their unprofessional attitude. This is just selling insurace can you imagine once we submit claims?
