Embrace Pet Insurance eased our loss
We have used Embrace Pet Insurance for two dogs - well over ten years now - and find the service is reliable, user-friendly, and very fair. Our first dog's end of life experience, especially, was emotionally and economically draining - but the latter was ameliorated by Embrace's prompt and helpful coverage. Our new dog's health and well-being is also well supported by Embrace.

Fetch made the experience easier …
Fetch made it so easy to get reimbursed for my pets medical expenses. I got a pre-authorization and once the procedure happened, I submitted the claim. I was approved and paid very quickly.

Scam Artists
Company had issues getting records from my vet. Vet confirmed that they released the records on several different occasions. After battling for over a month we discovered that they would not cover my pet’s genetic condition because they claim it was pre existing when there was no evidence prior. I assume they bought these reviews because anyone who actually uses them as a provider has told me the same exact thing. Typical insurance provider with horrible customer service.

Spot has been such great help with the care of our English bulldog. Very responsive and great polices, would recommend for anyone with a pet that may or may not need lots of veterinary care!

So easy, your pet could do it
Spot insurance is actually super helpful. I never had pet insurance before and never knew it was this easy to file a claim and upload the info. I did make a mishap in total billing and they actually corrected it in the processing stage. Really appreciate that! And processing was pretty quick as well! The price for the insurance is also super afforable in a time of inflation! Happy to continue using for Mr. Gouda Beanz and will be telling all my cat mom besties with uninsured cats!
