Healthy Paws Quick Response
I have a policy with Healthy Paws because a veterinarian told me it is the one she uses for her dogs and she thought they were excellent. My experience with them has been excellent, as well. My dog had to have a very expensive endoscopy. In an easy process, I submitted the claim online to Healthy Paws. Their response was immediate, the approval within 48 hours, and the check in hand within a week.

Not happy with customer service…
I wrote a long email to customer service and never heard back. I signed up and was unable to enter my free month code and I tried to call but kept being transferred and disconnected until of course when I couldn’t wait any longer, and signed up, customer service answered literally the moment I finally paid and then they told me they couldn’t help me. Not a good way to start out over such a small amt of money that you are giving as an incentive for people to choose you and then you don’t come through when your service doesn’t work!

Worst pet insurance company it doesn't cover a penny. You only pay for nothing. The don't pay u back. They only give u excuses And ask for invoices, documents, again invoices Nothing else. This is a headache invoices no. Cover. Just go and look for something else

Samantha was incredible
Samantha was incredible! I called in to get some more info about our policy's yearly renewal. She was able to provide such detailed information and helped me understand every aspect of the renewal and changes that came with it. Together we reviewed options for restructuring our policy to better suit my and Stella's needs and looked over a variety of options. She was also able to answer any questions that came up and provided information I didn't even know I needed (but I definitely did!) She was able to speak to all aspects of the price change in a way that was easy to understand and did so in such a pleasant way. Have a call about a pricing review is never an easy call to make but this call was so easy and I honestly just had the best time on this call. It was pleasant, fun, and enjoyable (which as a lot of people know with any company is not an easy feat!) I'll be making sure that any time I call in to Fetch that I ask for Samantha because I know that whatever issue I'm facing or questions I have will end up with a great solution and a pleasant conversation!
