I filed a claim a week ago
I filed a claim a week ago. They are asking to send my pets records from 01/10/2022. My vet, VCA Noyes has responded twice now by sending the information requested. I personally do not have his records. All records are on file which was sent by VCA Noyes.

I work in the vet med field and deal with many insurance companies. I am satisfied with the communication I receive from PB especially compared to other companies that will not keep policy holders in the know with what is going on with their claims. Great coverage for the cost and they don’t try to skirt away from their responsibility as the insurance company. Too often I see people being denied for claims for absurd reasons from other companies. We ALWAYS recommend Pets Best to our clients and hope they have as much success with them as we do!

Good for the cost
Good for the cost. I have two cats who got the exact same things done but they get different reimbursements. Also, it's disappointing there's no cover for spay/ neutering procedures.

Company looks for any excuse to not pay…
Company looks for any excuse to not pay the claims. Four claims were denied due to alleged pre existing conditions even though my vets said conditions were not related. I did what underwriters told me to do to appeal but they kept making excuses. They pretty much told me they probably wouldn’t cover anything so I had to cancelled.

Everyone is really nice over the phone…
Everyone is really nice over the phone and they are pet centered. Submitting a claim is very easy and the turn around time is quick. They also tell you what was reimbursed or not which is very awesome.
