I purchased police on January 16, called two hours later to cancel , as I travel to Europe alot , so bought a policy that would be coverd in Europe.Its been six days and no update or pending return , if I don't receive my refund by the end of the day I will be filing with Attorney General.as well and calling news center 8!!

Metlife Partners in Caring for Pets
My experiences with MetLife in terms of both claim payment and of customer care are commendable! I felt that the capable and relatable team members like Jana have the best interests of my pets and myself at heart. The claims process is convenient and timely. Also, after the review., The communication is excellent. I am grateful and confident with MetLife, after having tried to other pet insurance companies. It wasn’t that I had problems with my previous comp, but that Metlife offered a family policy. When we satisfy our deductible, it applies to my two other pets visits. This is greatly appreciated. That life focuses on my Pets interests!

I liked it because it is fast, and simple to acquire my puppy's insurance, I loved that it is a quite affordable price and it covers a lot of my worries , it is a great advance for Ragnar to have obtained his insurance.

I love Pet’s Best
I love Pet’s Best. Submitting a claim is easy, first of all. Time to review a claim may be backed up a bit but is never as long as they say. They cover what you pay for (in terms of your insurance selection and reimbursement percentage, less deductible). Customer service is pleasant to deal with. Reimbursement payment is prompt. Pet insurance is expensive but well worth it if there is a major issue. I had another company insuring a previous dog and I can say Pet’s Best is far easier to work with. Thank you!!!

Beware of FETCH promises.
Fetch by the dodo told me to call the customer advocate number to explore my options for the downgrade. I was told that the cost to loss ratio was high so they had to downgrade her policy reducing her premium thus putting her at a higher risk if I put claims in. they did not downgrade my two older pets that cost that will cost me $8000 a year . Deductibles are per condition. Her renewal policy is $500 deductible / 70% reimbursement yet they kept my $25,000 annual limit. I only use it for cold laser and acupuncture . All other exams I pay out of pocket because I was afraid of being downgraded. That did not work if I use it she will be downgraded if I don't use it I pay $2,200 a year for a $ 200 reimbursement for the year . I am in a catch -22. So , If u use it to help your dog or cat Fetch might will make you pay 😕 in the end .The $25,000 annual limit means nothing ! My Dog Tinker has unlimited and Fetch did the same thing. Downgraded without explanation or warning. Pet parents should not feel comfortable with annual limit . IF YOU USE IT U WILL PAY in THE BACKEND & BE DOWNGRADED.
