Has the best combination of coverage and premium. Claims submitted have been accepted and paid promptly. One misunderstanding initially was cleared up easily with one phone call.

What a Rip-Off Pets Best Insurance is!
Pets Best Insurance for my dog - Had this insurance for 1 year and it is due for renewal. The rate is $10 more per month - now up to $45.45 per month. We have not even used it at all in the past year. When I went and did a new search to buy from another company, Pets Best pops up 1st with a quote of 31.00 per month - for the same coverage I have now ( but even less than I was paying every month for the past year - go figure!). When I called to speak with the company about this, I was given the "run around" - This is nothing more than a bait & switch approach -because each year as pet ages you run risk of paying more if you were to start with a new company. Only thing is, I can pay less right now - with my pet being a year older - as compared to keeping the plan with Pets Best. Don't bother with them - and their customer service is awful.

I am happy with the response I got so quickly to my claim. I would like more information on getting assistance with particular claims. So far so good pretty self explanatory. I have not received reimbursement I am told its on the way as of now.

Disappointed
I am very disappointed in Trupanion's service. I have never received Medical Record Summaries for two of my dogs. The claim process is extremely slow and cumbersome. You have to repeat information that should be retained by the company every time you file a claim. It takes weeks for claim decisions to be made. All but one of the Customer Service representatives I have contacted through phone calls or chat, while friendly, have been ineffective and unable to solve problems. As expensive as Trupanion's coverage is, I expected much better from this company.

There is nothing worse than hearing…
There is nothing worse than hearing your pet needs surgery due to a recent bad "jump" out of the car for a walk. Watching my sweet 6 year old limp broke my heart. Knowing that I have had her insured since she was 6 months old, and that I could afford the best care for her, because of my Healthy Paws Insurance was amazing. I tell all my friends to ensure their puppies and kittens. You never know when something bad is going to happen and you never want to be in a place where you can't afford to get your best friend the care they need! Healthy Paws even sent me an email to see how my doggy was doing after the surgery!

Horrible communication from Fetch
Update: Fetch did respond and say that they send notices 60-days before a rate increase. I have not seen that to be true. They asked me to check my spam folder and it's not there and all other communications come through. I even chatted with someone online who said they would send the letter, but I never received it. Horrible communication from Fetch. My rate for my 4-year old Bernese Mountain Dog went up from $77/month to $108/month with no communication about the rate increase. I reached out to Fetch to find out the reason for the high increase and their generic response is that as they age and dependent on breed rates will increase. I asked how much or if there is a schedule and I receive the same canned response with no information on how much rates can increase. I have also asked for a letter explaining the recent rate increase and have yet to receive it. The customer service of Fetch is HORRIBLE and basically they do what they want with no explanation.

I’m a bit disappointed how…
I’m a bit disappointed how communication dropped on my dog’s claims where they were submitted for a sudden illness and were in communication at its processing and then asked for more medical records and since there has been no more communication or updating. I reached out and was told via chat they couldn’t give me an answer. Disappointed and will wait on the outcome before possibly switching insurance.
