Our experience with PetsPlusUs
This company has been very helpful with the insurance for our dog's, Charlie's, health issues. I do find that speaking with a representative is much more satisfying and efficient than using e-mail or on-line chat. Having the ability to pay directly to the vet for major bills (2 surgeries) has reduced stress levels for me to just worrying about the dog, not about how to be able to pay. the PetsPlusUs team has been great to work with. I would recommend that getting the Accident and Illness Plan rather than just an accident plan is well worth the additional cost.

Complete scam
Complete scam, there website how great they are. What it doesn’t talk about is how they were sued for 4.7 million for raising rates without telling there customers it also doesn’t talk about how you will pay for years an as soon as you submit your first claim they try every way to deny you. Just a heads up if you have been paying for years an you submitted a claim an they tell you that your not covered because of lack of exam you are entitled for a full refund of the policy and you can also take court action

So far, I’ve had a great experience with Embrace. They process claims very quickly and I love how customizable their plans are. They’ve covered over $4,000 in my dog’s vet bills and have never given me a hard time.

Liked the ease of sign up, but would have appreciated a clear bold statement saying that coverage doesn't begin as soon as you sign up :'(

Excellent Support By The Fetch Team!
I've insured my dog with Fetch for many years and finally had to actually use my insurance. I was easily able to get pre-approval for a much-needed and stressful surgery for my dog. Fetch representatives assisted me in answering all my questions and guiding me through the process. I was able to utilize my policy and feel a bit more secure knowing my dog has insurance that works with a team behind it to make the claims process go smoothly.

It was smooth and easy, my dog need medical attention for a mass in his mouth alone with several teeth removed. I sent his on voice and has no issues and relieved our refund in a very short time.

A great pet insurance company!
Embrace has paid all of our claims very promptly. Our wellness claims are paid at 100% and that includes all shots, flea and tick and heartworm medications You can pick your own deductible and percentage to be paid on all accident and illness claims. I love this company!

No longer affordable
Monthly premiums have increased dramatically this year. They used to be an affordable option, but now it is astronomical! Perhaps the new customers are getting a decent price, but 5 years of loyalty has certainly not been rewarded. I am shopping for other options.
