You replied to my Trustpilot post…

You replied to my Trustpilot post requesting contact information. I sent it two days ago, No contact yet. In spite of my request from the “adjuster” I have had no return contact from her either. Your customer service is the WORST EVER and your financial responsibility dodge is the pits. You shouldn’t be in this business. ADDENDUM: I just received confirmation of a claim approval consistent with the policy coverage I paid for. What is still sad is having to go through a lot of grief to get it done correctly and timely. I thank Kaitlin Casper for a successful intercession. Let's ow long it takes to get the check.

It is helpful..... i think

I have a wellness plan along with illness and injury coverage. So I am supposed to be reimbursed for 90% of illness and injury after deductible and 100% up to an amount I picked at the beginning of the policy. I have been to two vet visits for ear infections and one different location vet visit for worms. I have sent in all the detailed receipts I received from vet offices but the insurance company has asked for more information all 3 times and says they have reached out to the vet offices but the vet offices do not respond back. So essentially I haven't been reimbursed for anything other than wellness & prevention. I should probably check into other companies.

Annual maximum benefits do not mean…

Annual maximum benefits do not mean anything beware pet parents. One of my dogs had a poor condition yet an unlimited maximum benefit. When I used it to try to save her life all of a sudden the unlimited became limited $15,000 per year. This year I had a $25,000 maximum annual benefit for all three of my dogs. I put in a claim for regular acupuncture and cold laser treatments total cost $1,500. Guess what she was downgraded so $25,000 maximum annual benefit means nothing. The response of my prior review said but at least you have the $25,000 maximum annual benefit they kept that. Doesn't matter they still downgraded my youngest policy without explanation or warning or how to remedy the situation so my pets policies don't continue to be downgraded. Using the annual maximum benefit as a safety blanket is not accurate. How can a pet parent gauge their claims and finances if the maximum annual benefit is not honored? How can a pet parent gauge their claims and finances if agents cannot even tell them if they are in danger of being downgraded until renewal time.A Fetch supervisor couldn't even tell me if my youngest would be downgraded again or how far a pet can be downgraded cuz it wasn't his department. Fetch has a formula I have been told and they keep it close to the vest .I might have had better luck talking to the number they gave me on the renewal letter auto nations parts and service department. I have been exploring other companies asking them if they downgrade due to what they consider too many claims every single company has said no the only way a policy is downgraded as if the owner does it otherwise it stays the same they honor the annual maximum benefit. That seems to be the number one company that doesn't honor their annual maximum benefits and are the number one company to downgrade without parent permission. Interesting that you didn't respond to my question about annual maximum benefits. Could you tell me respond? Why does fetch downgrade automatically and other companies do not please explain

Great company

Great company. Super fast turn around time for reimbursement. Fantastic customer service. Was a lifesaver the first few months of our “I love to eat socks” bernedoodle. And the one time only annual deductible is a great benefit.

Figo annual renewal policy communication

Our policy is set on automatic renewal but I received no communication from Figo that our renewal was soon coming due. A simple text or email telling us our renewal was coming due would have been appreciated. Instead, boom, the new renewal rate showed up on our statement. C'mon Figo, not that hard to communicate something important like this, is it?
