Happy and grateful Fetch customer
My dog has been diagnosed with heart disease and needs medication daily. Thankfully the expenses associated with his care are covered by Fetch. And Fetch covers 80% of the costs. Their process for submitting claims is relatively easy and they keep you notified regarding your claim’s status. The review process usually takes about 2 weeks and if approved the money goes right into my account. I’m a very happy and grateful Fetch customer

What to expect
I felt the claim review process took an extended length of time during the year end holiday period which is why I am providing a four vs. a five. The customer service phone connection was easy to use as was email communications and the upload of PDF materials. Explaination of benefits were clear and payment/reimbursements we fast!
