The person that called me to assist in getting my cat enrolled for pet insurance was very helpful and answered several questions I had. She helped me enroll for the best coverage for both me and my fur baby.

Really don't seem to pay for the routine service. When I reviewed bills for other dogs we had with your representative much more was covered. Very disappointed and considering canceling the service

Had them for about 2 years now
Had them for about 2 years now. Once they raised from about 55 I guess to 88 dollars. now they want to raise to 155 saying they made a mistake in rates. Are you kidding me? That is almost double, but hey the no preexisting things for Dogs they know they have you, this is flat out criminal and I came here to make sure people know.

Right hand doesn't know what left hand is doing
After sending a photo copy of invoice as requested by Spot I was emailed that I had already submitted a fax of the invoice and could not file 2 times on the same one. That was not what I was doing. Spot notified me the fax was hard to read and could I email a picture of it. So I did.

The issue we had took a while for a vet letter and a re-write with Embrace underwriting, but we all got the job done with the corrections that needed to be made. Very thankful to Embrace and our vet.

Their coverage plans & prices are good
Their coverage plans & prices are good. I like direct deposit, although it does take about a week before the money hits my account. Online filing of claims is easy & convenient. My biggest complaint is sometimes it takes weeks before they settle a claim, than even longer before money is in my account, as I said before. Claims processing could be more timely. Overall I am satisfied with this company.

Interest in profit not the Pet
Unfortunately I changed to this PET ins. I had a good policy but thought if USAA endorsed, the insurance had to be better The annual deductible continues to increase even though it was reasonable at first So I needed to increase deductible. Now I am advised that the policy will not pay for the necessary meds to treat my pets condition. Only paid for Vets fees. Embrace wants me to add additional fee to cover medicine. How can a condition be treated without necessary medicine.? Had I known I would not have canceled the other policy When I first enrolled my Vet wrote that my pet does not have dental disease. I was told that until I had her teeth cleaned dental could not be added to the policy All older dogs have disease. So my pet had to have unecessary cleaning at that time. My pet is senior now so no way can I change to another company. DIsappointed in Embrace's Policies.

FRAUD ALERT!! Fraudulent application of the "deductible"
This company applies the "deductible" as they see fit to avoid paying what they should and on top of it every few months they jack up your monthly payment. My dog just had a $3K operation to remove 3 cysts (one on the verge of bursting). These bozos used the biopsied classification of the cysts to categorize them as different conditions in order to apply the $1000 deductible twice and only be liable for 1/6 of the total cost of the operation. A total con job. A waste of money! Stay away!!!

Trupanion is AMAZING
Trupanion is amazing! I wish human insurance was this good. They have supported me through a really tough time with my cat, suffering from a mycobacterial infection. They paid 90% of his bills quickly and efficiently. We had two more incredible years together because of Trupanion. Also, it’s really easy to get a friendly, knowledgeable person on the phone. I LOVE this.
