apparently I never meet the deductible and my fees increase every year
Every claim I have ever submitted always says I don't meet the deductible. I am supposed to have a $500 deductible and 90% coverage. My last claim was for $790, and they broke it into several components, each with its own deductible so apparently, I never meet the deductible, and my monthly fee goes up every year when I have never been paid out anything in the last 4 years

I have a hard time with sending…
I have a hard time with sending receipts so I have the vets office do it and sometimes you request soap notes and sometimes you don't so I have soap notes sent all the time why the notes when you can clearly see what was done what was prescribed and why the long wait you get your money every month from me right out of my checks but I have to play dodgeball to get my money back from the insurance
