Overall Great
We are overall very pleased. The customer service agents are extremely friendly and helpful. Most claims are taken care of promptly. However we did have an issue that took longer than necessary to get approved. It did get resolved and we are thankful for that. We would and do recommend Pumpkin to our friends and to others.

Pets Best is Truly the Best!
Super easy from the start to my first claim being processed. They have a great online App that I loaded onto my phone that allowed me to see any updates on my claim, policy information, and much more. When I filed my first claim, I received an email right away telling me it was in review. Then I received another when they reached out to my vet for my pup's records, and finally when my claim was accepted and processed. All in all, it took about 6 weeks. I assume it took a bit longer since it was my first claim, so I imagine the next one will be even quicker. What a piece of mind to know my fur baby is in good hands. I will definitely recommend Pets Best to anyone with a fur baby of their own.

Very easy to submit wish human…
Very easy to submit wish human insurance was this easy. Get checks back fast makes the high cost of pet medical easier and I like the peace of mind knowing I won’t have to go broke should something serious come up. I can put my pet’s health first and not have to decide can I afford certain medical treatments.

Great Experience with Healthy Paws
My dog was in the hospital recently with a life threatening illness. He had gotten into some gum that contains xylitol (highly toxic to dogs) and had severe hypoglycemia, pneumonia, and was in danger of acute liver failure. Having my Healthy Paws insurance policy was such a comfort during the stressful three nights that he was in the hospital, not having to worry about the cost of the treatment on top of worrying about whether my pup would make it. The claim was easy to submit -- just uploaded the medical records and invoices -- and it was approved within a couple of days. The check arrived about a week later. Highly recommend Healthy Paws!
