I was hoping to also get preventative care also, but somehow missed this, now I cannot add it for a year. That could be on me, but I feel it was not obvious until I got the email stating that I did not get it. Otherwise I would rate 5 stars.

Issues with health insurance purchase.
Agent is very polite and marginally knowledgeable. The third party marketing is a bit of a pain. They can't seem to get it together with what, how and where to bill for the policies. There is a glitch in the internet software that causes problems with the pricing. I had to pay $61 dollars more for the policy than my contract indicated. The bill did not go through for some reason and I haven't seen the Amazon gift card I was promised. Prudent Pet Insurnce quickly acted to rectify all issues. They have remedied software and billing issues. And, I received my $50 gift card for my trouble. Dog is happily covered by Prudent. 😁
