Get ready for them to jack your rates up
Have been a "customer" of theirs for over 13 years. Will do whatever they can to not pay for services, or deny. The best part is they will jack up your rates when your beloved family member is old enough to basically make it impossible to get coverage elsewhere. The rates went up almost 50% in several years in a row, and called it "market adjustment". They will waste your time and your money and there are other options that seem better.

Excellent service, compassionate staff
Great company. One of the few that reimburses for alternative care i.e acupuncture, laser therapy, hydrotherapy etc. claims process is easy and response time is timely. I’m fortunate to work with a staff person named Meghan . The most empathetic and caring person I’ve ever worked with. She is the very best. My only issue is the growing cost of the insurance. I presently pay 200 per month for 7000-8000,( can’t remember which) 1000 dollar deductible and a 70 percent rate return on claims. I started when my dog was 8, he is now 13.5. I’m concern with what my increase will be at the end of March. Outside for the escalating costs they are super!

So far I’ve paid $8000 and just dog medical bills and they haven’t covered not one thing. I’m always declined and on review this place is a scam. I would never recommend anyone to go here. look for affordable insurance else where there’s many out there. I’m canceling my plan today.

I have had a recent run of bad luck
I have had a recent run of bad luck, including a few emergencies with my cat. The app, and the claiming process has been so easy and user friendly. With everything else I have to stress and worry about, my claim and filing a claim has not been one of them.

Don't waste your money and time
Edit: Fetch had a representative call me who told me I still have coverage left. However I just had another claim "approved" but somehow wellness doesn't cover any of the annual exam fee. So I got $38 back on a $200+ claim. (This is less than what I pay monthly for this coverage) Yet I "still have plenty of coverage left"? Fetch is a waste of money and energy. Original: I signed up for the wellness plan to cover new puppy care - vaccinations etc., however, the plan only ended up covering one appointment. It also feels sketchy that it only does reimbursement, so you have to pay up front and then hope they end up reimbursing you. I want the best care for my pet and have done extensive research on pet insurance, I have yet to find a pet insurance that doesn't feel like a scam, Fetch included. I only signed up on the recommendation of the Humane Society when I adopted my new puppy. Unfortunately I don't think they had the most accurate information about the coverage provided by Fetch.
