Embrace is easy and helpful
Embrace has always been very helpful and fast with claims. Customer service is great to work with. The app is very easy to use, claims can be submitted within minutes. I would give 5 stars but they are very expensive, my cost rises drasticly every year. For the price I have to pay, they lose a star.

Worst Experience ever - Pathetic totally
I had to take my dog to the vet on Jan 10th for which I submitted a claim on Jan 11th 2024 On Jan 25th 2024 I get a notification on the app that the documents are missing and I need to upload the invoice and receipt and previous vaccinations hence I do that On Feb 5th I get notified that I need the documents to be uploaded and they are same set of documents which I uploaded it’s really frustrating when you cannot talk to anyone and all they want to say is “Here is the link to upload the documents” I think before asking us to verify that “I am not a Robot” they should verify themselves that their customers are “Not Dealing with a Robot” NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL !!! WILL NEVER EVER RECOMMEND ANYONE WITH FETCH PET INSURANCE

The claims process has been a breeze. My dog has gone through a series of visits to diagnose her lame leg. Embrace accepted the claims with ease and made prompt reimbursement which really let me worry less about the insurance and more about helping my fuzzy 4-legged friend heal faster!

Very prompt in replying to all phases of the claim process and responsive to any inquiries I have had regarding my claim. I am very pleased with Pest Best. This is the first time I've had pet insurance and wasn't sure what to expect. Although pet insurance has become costly. I actually pay more for my pets insurance than I do for myself. We have now been with Embrace for over five years and we've had great service. It's very easy to file claims and also it's easier that they can just direct deposit your refund back into your account.

Beware rate increases
I have 3 dogs and insured all of them around 8 weeks to get the best rates. I paid over $210 a month, to keep them covered. I used it once on my 1year old puppy, and they raised my rate by 30%. They said it was because of "Florida". If you live in Florida, reconsider. It's hard when you choose a plan and budget on it, only to have them raise it a huge percentage, because "Florida".
