They covered a surgery - no hassle
It's very easy to submit claims They review the claims in a few days When my dog needed $1,100 surgery, they covered $800 of it, which is more than my annual premium. So it's worked out really well

Choosing who to trust with my puppy’s insurance needs
When I picked up my new puppy from the breeder, he already had his first month of insurance covered. I reviewed the policy with that company and decided that I didn’t want to continue with them. So, I set out to find insurance that would offer the coverage I needed for a price I could afford. Embrace had the options I needed. We filed our first claim for his wellness check. The claims process was a breeze, and payment of my claim was swift. I hope I don’t have to use my pup’s insurance for anything major but if I do. I know they will be there for me and Marley.

I've had Embrace pet insurance for 4 years!
I've had Embrace pet insurance for the approximately the last 4 years. Throughout the years, the ease and timeliness of insurance claims have dramatically decreased. My average return time is now 24 hours to be accepted, with a usual deposit within 72 hours. I have 3 pets coveted, all 12yrs plus. From pneumonia to epilepsy, embrace had my back. 10/10 recommend for any dog lover that needs the top notch insurance at an affordable cost!

Prompt service and easy filing
I’ve always had prompt service from embrace. I typically have a check within a week of filing and really have zero complaints after 20 years. Customer service is friendly and responsive. In the recent year or so filing has become even easier. Great company!

I was very pleased with both the promptness with which they paid out both my emergency veterinary claims for my dog, as well as with the actual amounts that they covered. This company covers what they say they will cover, no questions asked.

Very fast turnaround on my claim
I was not sure how to file a claim. That was the only issue. I called the phone number on the policy and they gave me all the info I needed. They are always super nice.

Embrace is easy and helpful
Embrace has always been very helpful and fast with claims. Customer service is great to work with. The app is very easy to use, claims can be submitted within minutes. I would give 5 stars but they are very expensive, my cost rises drasticly every year. For the price I have to pay, they lose a star.

Worst Experience ever - Pathetic totally
I had to take my dog to the vet on Jan 10th for which I submitted a claim on Jan 11th 2024 On Jan 25th 2024 I get a notification on the app that the documents are missing and I need to upload the invoice and receipt and previous vaccinations hence I do that On Feb 5th I get notified that I need the documents to be uploaded and they are same set of documents which I uploaded it’s really frustrating when you cannot talk to anyone and all they want to say is “Here is the link to upload the documents” I think before asking us to verify that “I am not a Robot” they should verify themselves that their customers are “Not Dealing with a Robot” NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL !!! WILL NEVER EVER RECOMMEND ANYONE WITH FETCH PET INSURANCE

Such a breeze!!!
The claims process has been a breeze. My dog has gone through a series of visits to diagnose her lame leg. Embrace accepted the claims with ease and made prompt reimbursement which really let me worry less about the insurance and more about helping my fuzzy 4-legged friend heal faster!
