Very first claim was denied referencing previous history when even Vet in their analysis marked is as not a pre-existing condition. Still back and forth with them, but so far not really a great experience.

Once was good, but not in 2024
Almost every prescription refill gets pushback especially if there was no appointment. Costs have skyrocketed for this long time member. Claims take much longer than they used to, 2 weeks compared to a few days. Overall, service and quality has degraded and the Customer Service manager needs to be laid off and that whole department retrained. Embrace has gone down hill and it's only getting worse.

Embrace has been an excellent provider of insurance for my cat. Very easy to sumbit claims and reimbursement is fast. Just make sure to submit claims immediately because there is a short time frame in which you are permitted to submit claims. I highly recommend Embrace.
