Silence
I have sent at least 4 emails to the info@trupanion address and had to response. I have called many times and listened to the long message about ‘busier then usual’. All I am looking for is an answer to one simple question but that appears to be impossible.

Satisfied with MetLife Pet Insurance
I have had MetLife for a few years now and it is easy to submit claims, I have always received answers in a timely manner and have never argued with any of their decisions, everything has been approved except for one small item and I understood that. MetLife has been a good company for my pets.

Premiums continue to increase
Have never made a claim. My premiums continue to increase. I regret purchasing pet insurance from this company but ive invested to much money to drop out now!

My dog needed knee surgery
My dog needed knee surgery. From the start trupaion and my veterinarian have taken care of the billing and it's been nice someone helping when u need it the most. Trupaion has been great to deal with I would highly recommend trupaion. Saved me and my dog alot of stress. in a already very stressful situation.

Miss Daisy and I have been a Trupanion member for over 10 years and while we have not had to access your benefits for most of those years, we are doing so now and are super pleased at your customer orientation and willingness to work with us. Reliability for an affordable price
I have used ASPCA for four of my pets so far, two dogs, and two cats, and I have found this insurance company to be very easy to work with, fair, and caring. When one of my cats, and one of my dogs passed, the agent I spoke with was super caring and compassionate. I even got sympathy cards from ASPCA staff. Bottom line, I appreciate what they do, and having affordable health insurance on my furbabies has made my life easier.

Easy Online Claim process
On line claim process is very easy. I needed to contact them to clarify a claim that was originally declined but they corrected this immediately and processed my wellness claim.
