Wow Spot Pet Insurance is a company that is true to their word. I had my puppy microchipped and sent in my bill and was reimbursed by right to my bank account. I am so pleased. My next puppy health is to have my puppy continue getting the health care she needs. I was looking at getting pet insurance for our fur baby and got a notice that I can get it through USAA and get a discount. I filled out the quote and the next day the agent called us and walked us through the whole process and answered all of our questions. It was a great experience.

Great
I have been with Embrace for over 13 years. I have multiple dogs on my policy. I have to say the claims are promptly processed. Sometimes in less than a week. Other times it might be 2 weeks which is reasonable to me. I have one pup that has been extremely medically challenged. Embrace has been there every step of the way. It’s thanks to Embrace I still have this sweet boy. Customer Service has always been outstanding. I’m very pleased with Embrace.

Compassionate, comprehensive, complete and rapid response
Our experience with Healthy Paws confirmed we chose the right insurance company. I studied many of them before making a decision. We had a whopper claim thanks to our one year old cat needing extensive surgery from eating two Nerf darts. Seriously. Very dangerous, life-threatening blockages. But all is well and I'm so relieved we signed up with Healthy Paws.
