When we purchased our late Golden, Jezebel, her breeder included a free year with your company. We extended the policy throughout her life, and when we got our new baby, I immediately purchased a policy for her as well. No need to look elsewhere! Thanks for all the great service and fair treatment.

I went through my State Farm agent…
I went through my State Farm agent Michael Garland & he took care of everything which made it easy for me. He said that Trupanion was the best pet insurance that he found out there. I haven't had any claims yet so I really can't comment on that but Trupanion has sent several emails with helpful advise to keep my dogs healthy.

The online billing history information…
The online billing history information lists my cats names as N/A and has huge gaps in the billing payments. I have brought this to the attention of Trupanion for a number of months and nothing gets fixed. Makes me wonder about the whole Trupanion computer system. Keep getting the response that it is up to IT (Information Technology) to fix it, and they don't know when that will be.

Another good experience with Pets Best
It took a little longer than usual (a couple of weeks) for my claims to be processed but overall I'm happy with the experience. It's very easy to upload claims to the app. I'm also satisfied with the amount I was reimbursed for a recent ER visit and subsequent vet visits for my cat.

Fetch nickles and dimes their customers. They make very excuse to charge their customers more (secretly adding to monthly premiums without telling their customers). They have raised my premium multiple times without notifying me. One time was for more than $10 per month, and that was for updating my mailing address.

Well worth the money
I had astronomical surgical bills for a gastrointestinal issue with my 1.5 year old Wirehaired Pointing Griffon. Had i not had Embrace insurance, i very likely would not have had the ability to afford the care necessary to save his life. I can’t stress enough how grateful i am to have had the insurance policy in place. Don’t think that a young dog doesn’t need insurance!
