Coverage Good/Premiums Raised Too Often

Communication is scarce at best. I had a claim for Rx food and when I returned to the vet to get more, I was informed that the claim was denied. According to my contract there is a time period where Rx food is covered. You also claim that you do not raise a premium more than 1 time in any given year but that's not so either. From Nov.2021 to Nov. 2022 my premiums were raised 4 times...2 times per cat I suspect. On Nov. 18,2022 you announced Savannah's insurance would increase to $48,40 and now in May of 2023 you are raising it again but to $70. You are raising 2x/per year and now, not 5-10%... $48 to $70 is very significant...This is not what you claim in your literature. What will it be in November '23? $100/month? At $70/month it now becomes something to think about dropping.
