Great customer care
I really appreciated having a single point of contact, rather than having to deal with multiple agents who might get you to repeat what you've already said over and over again. Directing my emails and calls to Bethany, who had already started work on my profile, made the process much simpler.

Great service, no hassle and stand by their policies!
I made the decision when both of my dogs were young to invest in pet insurance. I work in the health care field and wanted to ensure that if something happened to one of my beloved pets that I would be able to care for them. I did a lot of research and chose Embrace. I am so thankful I did. One of my pups needed surgery, and it happened when I had some financial stress myself. They were so professional, answered all my questions and responded quickly! They make submitting a claim easy. Great company and staff!

Embrace has been absolutely amazing!
Embrace has been absolutely amazing during this difficult time. My dog was recently diagnosed with AA luxation and it has been extremely costly. They have covered every single thing and it honestly has been hassle free. I would recommend that everyone have pet insurance when owning a dog but especially with Embrace!
