Quick and Easy!!
We had to take our GSD to the emergency vet because he decided to eat a whole corn on the cob off the counter. After leaving with our pup I was able to submit a claim on the app that was quick and simple and once all information was submitted we had our reimbursement within 2 days!! Super simple and quick process!!

Do not use this company
Do not use this company. They lure you in with low rates then raise them drastically the first renewal. Rates get raised every year your pet gets older even with no past history of claims. If they bait and switch with rates, I have no trust in reimbursement.

My dog has been seriously ill and has been diagnosed with a chronic condition. I've had no problem submitting the claims online and the couple times I've had questions, the agents have been helpful and compassionate.
