The online sign up did not work, however I was able to speak with a person quickly . She was very helpful and clear. All my questions were answered. She also clarified details I might have missed.

Easy reimbursement, great peace of mind
I bought insurance for my puppy back in 2020 and I honestly thought it was going to be a waste of money, but I kept it for peace of mind. This year, he started having back pain and an MRI was required for diagnosis. Numerous vet visits - some emergency… we ended up switching vets too, and once everything was done it was a hefty bill. It seemed too good to be true that Fetch would cover 80% of the bills, but they did! The checks came in the mail in a very timely manner and I was honestly shocked. no pushback, no questions, they just looked at my documentation and reimbursed us. Truly amazing

web site was easy to use and claim service was great. Make sure you keep a full history of receipts and visit summaries from your vet, because you will have to submit it, if you haven't filed a claim before.

I don't like the fact that Fetch only pays a small amount of the cost. like if something cost $100 Fetch will cover $40. I want to change to another insurance.

Shadow my awesome cat that has medical conditions
Shadow my awesome cat that has medical problems since age 3. I signed up for Trupanion when he was three years old and have always had Trupanion. Shadow is now nine . The medical bills would’ve been way worse if I had not signed up for Trupanion. Really easy they send you a text saying they’re going to review your treatment. And then they send you another text to confirm approval or it something they don’t cover. Trupanion will let you know. So happy I have Trupanion.
