Watch out for policy increases, they are a rip off
I have been a customer of theirs for 5 years. My policy cost increased 30% from 2 years ago to last year (even though I had no claims in last 3 years). Now my policy cost is increasing by 50% from last year, which I will not tolerate this time. I went online shopping and found at least 4 better options with same coverage even though I had a "loyalty discount" applied to my Fetch policy. In the past I felt like Fetch had my back but now I feel like they are trying to make money by ripping off customers and taking advantage of the love we have for our fur babies.

Very easy to make a claim. Also excellent communication from Embrace about its status throughout the process. Spoke with very personable and informative Customer Service member about the refund options. So nice not to have to fight with an insurance company!

Healthy Paws extraordinary overall experience
I searched a lot on pet insurance companies and I’m super happy to have found Healthy Paws. Their app is super easy to use, and you can tell they like to know who their customers are when they ask for a picture of them upfront. They keep you informed all the way, so you’re never wondering if they even got the documents, and I was so impressed on how fast they completed the process and surprised me even more when they wanted to know how my baby was doing after her surgery… Omg! That nice gesture was the cherry on the pie on how the whole experience has been. I highly recommend Healthy Paws as your insurance partner to support you all the way when you need it most. Worse pet insurance
This is the second time I tried giving them a chance for their insurance. I got the insurance after my dog needed an emergency vet. I knew the initial visit wasn’t covered but the second time I took her in for DIFFERENT SYMPTOMS, they denied the claim stating it was a pre existing condition because of symptoms listed. You can’t even file an appeal and you can’t file anything that happened during waiting period either because you’re not covered. Definitely not worth $60 a month.

Pleasantly Surprised
I was skeptical at first and worried the policy would not save me any money. However, when my dog, Ollie, contracted a nasty respiratory virus in January and had to be hospitalized with many return visits to our vet, I could not have been more relieved to find out how simple it was to make a claim, and also that they actually paid for 80% of the costs of his treatments and medication (after my deductible was met). It is only February and the policy has already paid for itself. I am beyond pleased with the customer service and timely payments made directly to my bank account. I highly recommend this company to anyone with a fur child.
