This company just wants your money
I have been with this company for 3 years. I have only ever filed a claim 2 times with them. Both within the last couple months for 2 different aninimals. In both cases, they found a reason to not pay out. This to me is a trend of them not wanting to pay for claims. They are fine with taking my money though. My recommendation is to go anywhere but here for pet insurance. Or better yet, just create a savings account for your pets.

Everyone I spoke with was knowledgeable, patient and very kind. They took the time to explain everything to me and walked me through the entire process, offering tips to make it even easier. The whole process was very streamlined and quick. The app is very easy to use. This was money well spent for what we received.
