Don’t use Healthy Pets
I have been with Healthy pets three times. It’s not intuitive. I’ve called three times due to errors on their part. They say they process in 10 days, but I’ve had a claim outstanding for almost a month.

Amazing Pet Ins Company
I purchased pet insurance on my Aussie, Bandit, when he was a puppy. He is now 7 years old and thankfully I've only needed to use the insurance for two illnesses so far in his life. Healthy Paws has been there for me in our time of need. The first was an eye injury that resulted in an emergency specialist hospital visit on a weekend during Covid. Multiple visits and many eye drop refills later, I never had an issue with claim reimbursement. My most recent event was a mass we found in Bandits mouth that turned out to be cancer and resulted in a partial mandibulectomy. He is two weeks post-op today and the claim staff once again handled my claims quickly and reimbursement was deposited quickly in my bank acct. They also sent a follow-up asking how Bandit was doing. An amazing company and I recommend them to friends any time I can.
