We have had a claim for start of he pancreatic illness we paid deductible at the time and her illness returned and Trupanion decided to make this a new illness to collect new deductible from us which is unfair Lauren one of their manager called me insisting it’s a new claim knowing she was being dishonest I asked to speak with her superior but several days later no calls back, be careful with this company they are great until you make a claim

App is super easy to use
App is super easy to use. Getting a quote was super easy to do online also. Just great communication and ease of use has been amazing! I was on a free trial with Trupanion and they were difficult to get a quote and they didn't follow up until the day my free 30 days was up. I saw your booth at WVC and Ericka was awesome answering my questions and helping me navigate the site/app. Sww that you were top rated on Pawlicity Advisors too. Love this option.

Was easy to enroll my new pet and get her started with insurance to protect her. Had already had a pet enrolled with them and they were super to deal with. Unfortunately my first pet passed away but Trupanion was there when we needed them.
