Works for Us!
One of our dogs was sent to the emergency room and had to be hospitalized for multiple days. Spot covered most of the bills which was a huge financial relief. They also help with preventative care and rebates on regular medication (flea and tick/heartworm).

Cancer not preexisting
Cancer, once a tumor is removed and there are no other tumors present, IS NOT A PREEXISTING CONDITION! You take forever to handle a claim and you want 6 months of records that had to be sent three times! I’m not happy with this company at all and will be canceling and going with another company.

Helpful and quick reimbursement
Never having used pet insurance before I wasn't sure how worthwhile it would be. But when my pup recently experienced a terrible health scare they were quickly responsive and I was pleasantly surprised to recoup a significant portion of the costs. Thankfully my pup is doing well now. I'm very happy that I have Healthy Paws!
