Pet's Worst.
This is the worst pet insurance company I've ever worked with. It takes them literal MONTHS to process simple claims, and they deny every single one of them. I paid so much for insurance and never did get reimbursed for even one cent. Ever. Their rates are cheaper than some of the others, but that's because they don't pay out on claims. You're not saving any money by choosing Pet's "Best". Try Nationwide or Spot ... much better.

Trupanion has been terribly slow at mailing checks. They first denied the claim saying that we had two policies (one wih another company. We heard from one of our vets that others had told them that Trupanion was slow. Also, I asked them when we would receive our checks, that had been approved, but it has been several weeks and no answer.
