I don't like surprises and got one
I don't like surprises and got one. That said, the person I was working with was a bit curt but then again it may have been me due to the surprise. Just seems like anything an insurer can deny they do so with glee.

We were surprisingly pleased!
We’ve made several claims over the years for illness and accidents for our dog and they were paid quickly with no unpleasant surprises. It gives us real peace of mind to visit the vet and not have to make potentially heartbreaking decisions about affording pet care. One thing to be aware of is that the new year begins on the anniversary of when you first enrolled. I thought it was a calendar year. When I called to question it, they kindly explained how that works.

When I called I already had trupanion and was only trying to add a pet to the current plan but instead the representative made another policy. So month later I called back and they fixed it. Now my Milo is very ill and I am told it goes towards my deductible however I never got the policy information emailed to me as I requested. I know I been busy and kept forgetting to call the problem in.
