Best company I've ever dealt with.
Purchasing a Pets Best policy was the best decision I've ever made. Thanks to them I have been able to provide 15 months, and counting, of specialized cancer care for the love of my life. My family members have since joined Pets Best too based on my experience, and I recommend them to anybody looking for a company that stands by it's claims and maintains knowledgeable, responsive phone staff. That they also have a veterinarian available by phone is a wonderful perk of my policy that I didn't expect but appreciate enormously. 5 stars without question.

formerly a claim I had was handed poorly and took way to long. this time however, everything went smoothly and the claim was paid timely. perhaps they have revamped their system, or the prior time I just had the wrong person looking at it. this claim was for the same procedure, just different dog. thanks for getting your response time shortened

My sweet Boston Terrier experienced a luxated patella followed by a torn "ACL" last year, and now a luxated patella of the other leg. Paying only 10% of the $4000 surgery this year was great. Having this insurance for big ticket items, is wonderful peace of mind, and ease of filing a claim is so helpful.

Best Insurance
Goldie Mittens is an orange polydactyl female over 14 years old who has been super healthy most of her life but I’m so pleased that I have Trupanion pet insurance as she is experiencing some very difficult challenging health issues ! Because I have Trupanion I was able to give her the best health care possible ! I recommend Trupanion to all my friends as it’s the best !
