STAY AWAY FROM FETCH IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR PET INSURANCE. They gave me a monthly cost of $30.71 when my dog was three years old. I have not received a penny from them in claims. Now that my dog is four years old they raised the monthly charge to $73.69. Sure, they got $360.00 in payments from me and now they raise the cost more than double. In my opinion this is a scam. What would they raise it to when he is 5 or 8 years old. I got the policy because Wal*Mart sold it and I figured they would not be involved in anything shady, boy was I wrong. PLEASE SHARE THIS FOR ME.

To get out of covering your expanses that is. Absolutely useless "insurance". Experts in avoiding paying your vet bills and decisions cannot be appealed or discussed with a supervisor. Absolute scam. Avoid and just save money for unexpected vet bills.

Embrace canceled my policy easily and refunded me a portion of my premium when my pet passed away. It was a comfort because not only did my best friend die, but I had expenses connected with his end of life care. I will definitely come back when I get a new dog.

I had an issue with the claim, but the company corrected their mistake. The customer service Team Lead April who called me was really nice and took care of the issue. My suggestion will be to talk to Team Lead if you experience an issue.

Everything was easy to manage through the website. I made a claim due to an accident with my dog, and I set up the documentation so quickly the process was simple. Then I got an email with the ditails and after the some days I got the satisfactoy notification that the refund was approved. I RECOMMEND THEM.
