Be Aware 40% increase every year
New Customers, BE AWARE!! Rates went up 40% at first year renewal. No details to why, just that they see this increase every year and it happened to all customers! Which is BS, because you go online and the rates didn’t increase for new customers. Isn’t insurance regulated like regular health insurance? Embrace does this, while other carriers follow state guidelines which can only raise their rates if they do it for all.

Don't go with trupanion. they never pay
They always find a pretext to avoid paying. Better save the 200$ that they charge every month to have money when you need it, if you pay to this guys your money will be lost as they never pay.

New customer! I am a new customer and new to pet insurance. I felt like my experience with both submitting a claim and working with the customer service representatives was fantastic!! They gave clear and understandable instructions and feedback to any questions I had throughout the process. The only downside is that it took over a month for my claims to be reviewed and to received my refunds. Other than that, great experience!
