Excellent Pet Insurance!
We have had Fetch for three years and never used it until last month when our cat tore her ACL and needed a surgery. She proceeded to tear her LCL after the first surgery and required the second one. She is recovering now. Thanks to Fetch we were able to afford to cover almost $4,000 of veterinary expenses. This insurance delivers what it promises. After the deductible, they paid exactly 90% of the amount as stated in our policy. Thank you, Fetch!!!

Boston Terrier Got Help From Fetch
My Boston terrier had a heart murmur and needed to see a cardiologist, who diagnosed a serious heart condition. Fetch paid for his diagnosis, echocardiogram, and has helped pay for his medication. You never think about pet insurance until you really need it. So glad we had it! Our experience with the company has been very good.

Insurance well worth it!
We got insurance not long after we got our pup in 2021...and thank goodness we did. Our pup was diagnosed with a life-long condition requiring expensive prescription meds and Fetch has been fantastic right from start. Initial tests and diagnosis ran up to our yearly limit and our claim was fully covered. We have ongoing care with prescription meds and holistic treatments and Fetch continues to honor our claims. We are extremely thankful and highly recommend insurance for your pet. You never know what might happen and whether an injury or medical, premiums are inexpensive and gives peace of mind! We highly recommend Fetch!

Agent couldn’t answer my question about…
Agent couldn’t answer my question about a claim from mid-March that hasn’t been paid (yet a claim from 4/14 has been paid). When I asked further questions, I was told claims can take “up to 43 days.” This claim is for an allergy shot our dog has had every 5-6 weeks for the last 5 years, so I am not sure why this is so difficult.

I was a little on the fence about getting pet insurance. Heard horrible stories about other companies, but l did my research on Fetch Pet Insurance, and I am so glad we made this decision. My pet recently had an injury which he had to have surgery. Fetch has responded to all my claims in a timely manner. My family adopted 3 pets and bought their insurance plan, at the recommendation of my insurance company. Now the adjusters keep denying my sons dogs current claim and any future claims - called to talk to a supervisor and they were all out , doubt they will even call me back on monday what a disappointing company and will definitely be contacting my insurance company telling them about their service and recommend them not to send people their way
