I’d give Many Pets zero stars if I could. They cancelled my insurance saying I didn’t pay yet my card was on auto draft and perfectly fine. Then they admitted they error occurred in their system. Instead of reinstating my policy at my rate they gave me a new rate of $25 higher per month. Wish I had never left Healthy Paws for this company but found a better insurance company.

If I could give zero stars I would. I answered the questions on line truthfully and it would not give a quote - no matter what I answered for questions it still would not quote. Then I went online and the chat was the worst customer service. Until you save a quote you can't talk to anyone - but if you can't save a quote then you are out of luck. What a terrible company! Going to the competition.
