Doctors are so frienly and will give you the best advice
I came in to give my puppy her shots and I expected to pay a lot of money for it. My dog is a tea cup chihuahua and they recommended her vaccines to be departed within weeks of each other which is great because they looked out for her health. I have an insurance plan for my dog so I have to worry’s about cost either. Thanks again y’all have great pet doctors

Healthy Paws pet insurance
have had healthy PAWS pet insurance for over 3 years I got it right before I purchased my goldendoodle puppy. Unfortunately he has a lot of health issues mainly skin itching, chronic ear infections, and digestive issues. Healthy paws has been fantastic with what they cover and how quickly they reimburse. They even now and then check in to see how your dog is feeling! Highly recommend Healthy Paws!

One of the worst experiences I've ever had
One of the worst experiences I've ever had with a company. Purchased the insurance and they were very quick to take payment. Medical records were sent in on the third day of coverage, and they took a 2nd payment on month two. Then came an email that "my pets had no pre-existing conditions, BUT they weren't going to cover three paragraphs of medical issues. Had to fight for two weeks to cancel the policies and am still fighting to get a full refund as promised, so far they have only refunded a portion of what was charged. Would never recommend them!!!! Insist that the insurer pull the medical records prior to binding coverage.

I've not actually used Trupanion yet
I've not actually used Trupanion yet. Just got my cat less than a week ago. But so far it seems to be going smoothly. They've asked for the medical records, and I sent them. Hopefully I can send anything else they ask for.

21 March 2024: I’ve updated this experience to say that my most recent claims have been processed in a more timely manner, thank you. Claims take forever to process! I’m talking months and when you submit the receipt it’s never enough information for Spot Pet Insurance to process the claim
