Iâm still waiting on claims approval for claims of which one is over a month past due.
Iâm still waiting on claims approval for claims of which one is over a month past due. When I speak to the customer support line they literally do nothing and say they have no ability to effect any change on the account. Additionally, the customer support staff do not apologize and sound like entitled 16 year old girls, it is all very unprofessional and poor business practice. Iâm still waiting for my claims reimbursementâ¦

The best pet insurance
I moved and had to change vets. My old vet worked directly with Trupanion so I only had to pay the deductible. I submitted a claim and had the money in my bank account the next day. I love the âno fuss-no mussâ ease of your services.

The only pet insurance to consider.
I donât worry about a thing. The ver submits their bill to Trupanion. I then get a notification from Trupanion stating they are reviewing the claim. yet another couple of days and I get notified that Trupanion paid 90% of the claim. Trupanion has made the worst situation, a beloved pet with cancer, easier to bear by paying the bill and with their gentle responses. You feel like you are never alone.
