Fetch increases rates and reduced coverage for sick dogs
My dog has had several health issues. Last year they radically raised my rate and reduced my coverages due to the experience rate. This year they again upon renewal radically raised my rate and reduced my coverages due to the experience rating. My dog did not have excessvie claims. This is a disgusting practice.

So far I’ve had a great experience with Pumpkin! I submitted my claim and they already paid me. I’m very pleased about that. I’m sure I made the right decision about insuring my sweet little pup! I feel confident if anything goes wrong Pumpkin will help with the expenses.

Best price, and very easy to use
Very easy to setup and get a custom quote that fits our needs. The prices were the best (by a long shot) compared to other pet insurances. And then getting reimbursed for visits was a breeze! Highly recommend

Pets Plus Us comes through (again)!
Our poodle had rapidly progressing cataracts and he is only 3. Cataract surgery is very expensive. Thankfully we had Pets plus Us. I was anxious whether they would approve the surgery and honour the claim. Their reimbursement came through within a week of surgery without any surprises. This is the second significant $ claim they have come though on. I've had pet insurance with other carriers on my previous dogs. Pets Plus Us is the best of them.

A Great Company!
I love this service! They have fast refunds and great customer service! Also they have pretty good return of investment. I’ve had absolutely no problems with them, with customer support or getting our refunds. I’d recommend them to anyone wanting to insure their pets’ health. They need health insurance like we do but sometimes it’s so expensive we can’t get it - SPOT is reasonable and they refund fast. Thanks to them I have my pet safe and insured! Thanks SPOT!
