Customer service communicated their actions to me about reaching out to my vet’s office for supporting documents. I received an email once the claim was processed with the amount I’m supposed to be reimbursed. The whole process was easy and seamless

Provide needed documentation, and you will be reimbursed
Our puppy unfortunately had emergency surgery six weeks after she came to us. The vet recommended spaying her at the same time, which she did. Our pup had received meds and other services. Fetch Pet was prompt in reimbursement for items that met the criteria. Our vet, and I provided all the needed documentation, and the payment was seamless.;
